Once listed, your property will remain on our website until it is let for that academic year. We can change the details for you, take the listing on/off the website when appropriate and advertise seperate rooms within the property – simply email info@canterburystudents.com.
Your Free ’Canterbury Students’ Property Advert
Your property will be listed on our website and will have its page with basic information that is available. Your property will also be found when students use the popular ‘search’ feature and will be broadcasted on our social media profiles and partners websites. The information on your free property listing can include the following:
- A Property Description
- Location Map
- Details of the proposed let (deposit, admin fee, length of tenancy etc)
- Your contact details
- Pictures (up to 12)
- Virtual Tour (just provide us with a Youtube link)
Homepage Featured
We have a homepage featured slider which displays our 10 ‘featured properties’ and this will ensure maximum exposure for your property. Our fees for a homepage featured listing are as follows:
1 week – £10
4 weeks – £25
Would you like to increase your chances of finding the right students with a professional listing? We have worked in lettings for +6 years and would be happy to visit your property, compile a detailed description, take photographs, film a virtual-viewing and upload it to your listing.
The fee for this is just £20.
